Drop-Off Rules and Regulations

All are services by appointment only. Before scheduling your appointment, the following proof from your family vet is needed:

• Negative stool sample
• Yearly distemper vaccination
• Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination
• Rabies vaccination
• All pets will be inspected for fleas upon arrival. If necessary, we'll administer a flea bath at your expense.

Makin' Tracks pick-up and drop-off times

• Daily hotel or daycare drop-off: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Daycare pet pick-up: no later than 8:00 PM
• Hotel guest pick-up: between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Daycare pick-ups after 11:00 AM are subject to additional charges 
• Pick-ups later than 8:30 PM will incur an additional 1/2 day charge
